She's just landed a leading role in musical TV series Nashville in the forthcoming second half of season five.
But it was all about family for Rachel Bilson as she enjoyed a day out at a farmers' market in Studio City, California, with her adorable daughter Briar Rose, two, on Sunday.
The Hart Of Dixie star, 35, looked every inch the natural beauty as she went make-up free for her low-key day of fun in the spring sunshine.
Rachel was accompanied by a friend and her child and seemed to have a great time as they sampled juices and looked at cute ponies at the market.
The adorable pair were out without Briar Rose's dad, Rachel's long term partner Hayden Christensen, 35, for the day.
The brunette beauty sported her now-trademark natural, make-up free look, while dressing down in a khaki jacket, loose ripped jeans and Converse trainers.

Finishing her look with a stylish fedora and large shades, the former The O.C. star wore her brunette locks in a loose braid and sipped a healthy green juice as she enjoyed her chilled weekend.
Rachel previously admitted to Allure magazine that she doesn't wear much make-up any more - because her daughter doesn't recognise her when she does.
She said: 'If I ever have anything on - like if I have mascara on - my daughter just stares at me for, like, five minutes like, "Who are you?"
'Because [makeup] has become so nonexistent, the easy things that you can do, like hydrating your lips, makes me feel a little better and look a little better.
'It's something that can give you a little pick-me-up. It's that easy and doesn't take any time.'
Rachel and Hayden met in 2007 whilst co-starring in the movie Jumper, and got engaged a year later following a whirlwind romance.
Despite splitting briefly in 2010, the couple appear stronger than ever.
The Star Wars actor's career is also on the up after a quiet period, with appearances coming up in Numb, at the Edge of the End and First Kill due at in 2017.
And, much to fans' delight, last week Rachel reunited with her old O.C. costar Chris Cormack.
The dynamic duo looked like they had a great time chatting on the set of hit show Nashville - which will see Rachel in a major role for the second half of season five alongside fellow newcomer Kaitlin Doubleday, 32.
The stunning brunette donned a tartan shirt and dress, while Chris, 36, looked relaxed in a shirt and jeans combo.
She captioned her Instagram snap: 'Welcome to Nashville is how it's done in Tennessee'

In a statement, executive producer and showrunner Marshall Herskovitz said: 'We welcome Rachel and Kaitlin into our incredibly talented ensemble.
'We fondly anticipate the second half of the season filled with surprising twists and turns that make Nashville so beloved by the fans.'
